Return Policy

Return policy:

If you are not happy with the merchandise you purchased, please contact us at for instructions on how to process your return. We will respond to your request for a return/refund within 2 business days (e.g. requests made on Fridays will receive a response by Tuesday), but we always try to respond as soon as possible.

You must contact us and request a return within 14 calendar days of delivery of your items.  Your return package must then be postmarked no more than 5 business days after contacting us.  We suggest that you insure the product against loss or damage during its transit back to us and also make note of your tracking number. You are responsible for the item until it reaches us. 

We will not accept a return if the item is used, damaged by you, the item was on sale/clearance, or if the product is returned without tags attached and not it the original packaging. If the error was made by us (order mixed up, wrong items shipped, items damaged on arrival), we will pay for return shipping and credit the original purchase price, applicable taxes, and original shipping to the credit card used to place the order. Otherwise, you are responsible for the shipping to return your product. If you have received the wrong item or believe the item to be defective, you MUST contact us within 2 days of receipt to notify us of the issue.    

Sale and Clearance items, jewelry, socks, and gift certificates are final sale and can not be returned.

Items returned to us that do not meet the guidelines above will be sent back to you C.O.D.

Our return policy might seem strict but we are trying to protect our clients... you!  We do not want people to buy items, wear them and/or damage them, and then try to return them.  We don't want those used/damaged items to then be passed on to other customers.  That's just not cool.  It isn't fair to you and it isn't fair to us.  We inspect each item for quality before we send it to you to help ensure that you receive your items in new and wonderful condition! 

Christmas return policy:

We fully understand that Christmas is hectic and requires a little modification to our normal return policy.  Gifts (exclusions still apply) purchased after Thanksgiving day can be returned until January 8, 2016.  You must e-mail us before January 8th to initiate the return process. We still only accept a return is if the item not used/worn, is not damaged by you, the item was not on sale/clearance, and if the product is returned with original tags attached and in the original packaging.  FINAL SALE items are still considered final sale and after January 8th, Christmas purchases become FINAL SALE, too.


Unfortunately, we are not able to process exchanges.  We will process a refund instead of an exchange.  Refund policy applies.
